All homeowners should be aware of the restrictive covenants of the subdivision.


Homeowner Dues



Property assessments are part of the restrictive covenants. Therefore, the association collects dues on a quarterly basis from all residents and lot owners to pay for garbage collection, common area maintenance, insurance, repairs and improvements, utilities, and other miscellaneous expenses.


Architectural Control Committee


General - When Deloaks was developed in 1981, Covenants, Deed Restrictions, and Obligations were filed with St. Tammany Parish.

In addition, an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) was established to maintain the quality and desirability of Deloaks Subdivision. The cooperation and assistance of all residents are requested.

About the Committee - The purpose of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is to preserve the harmonious design of our community by helping to ensure that all new buildings and exterior improvements adhere to the design standards set forth in our Covenants and Restrictions. All improvements on the lots were then and are now to be constructed with strict adherence to the covenants, and hereafter maintained by the owner in a clean, safe, and attractive condition and in good repair.


Garbage Collection


Regular garbage collection days are Mondays and Thursdays. Yard waste only is picked up on Wednesdays and Saturdays and must be in bags, cans or tied up in small bundles. We do not currently have curbside recycling.

If you have any unusually large or heavy items to dispose of, please call Mr. Rodney Keys at 845-7463 to make arrangements. There may be an additional charge for this service.
