ABOUT DELOAKS SUBDIVISION
The homeowners association elects a governing board of five members who serve two-year terms. The association collects dues on a quarterly basis from all residents and lot owners to pay for garbage collection, common ground maintenance, insurance, repairs and improvements. A quarterly newsletter is sent out with the dues notice.
The board is always open for suggestions and welcomes volunteers who are interested in making Deloaks a better place to live. Residents are required to seek written approval from the Board before beginning any construction projects, additions or major changes to their property. The specific rules and restrictions are listed in the by-laws/covenants for Deloaks Subdivision. If you should need a copy please contact a board member.
Boat Launch -The boat launch is for residents only and a copy of the gate key can be obtained from a board member.
